Marvellous location very close to Nashville

The beds were comfortable, and the room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels. There were plenty of delicious breakfast options available. the location is historic and comfortable, with great facilities.

The room amenities were great, key safe allowed for flexible check-in, shared kitchen with cooking facilities, friendly interaction with the owner.

The room here has been recently renovated, and it has a lovely atmosphere, especially being conveniently close to the Frist Art Museum.

The rooms are recently renovated with extremely comfy beds. the setting is favorable and fantastic, very close to the Gulch, Nashville, TN. the bar/restaurant downtown area is a wonderful amenity. - the Downtown Nashville district deserves to be explored.

We were given delightful and tidy rooms with a chair or sofa and interior-facing windows

The location of the hotel was great and incredible - not very far from Nashville Visitor Center.

This place is so cool with its sleek modern style. the staff is awesome and the food is top-notch. Plus, they let you check out late. the restaurant here is amazing and there's a great bar too! 🌟

Comfy beds, great location, try The Gulch for new restaurants and bars. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Staff helpful and friendly. Room spacious and comfortable. Saved our holiday with an early check-in. Lovely view from train car window. Bed and room temperature were comfortable. Beautiful lobby and accommodating staff. Enjoyed the body wash and shampoo. Charming atmosphere, nice room with comfortable bed. Bath robes and elliptical a nice touch. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent hotel with an attentive staff. The food from room service was great and we really enjoyed the bar, especially some of the barmen's signature cocktails. We upgraded to a suite for a small premium and it was worth it. We were able to get a suite here for what regular rooms cost in other upscale Nashville hotels, it was walking distance from The District, and the historic quality and ambiance made for a great experience.

Great location next to Nissan Stadium and the old union station, surrounded by music venues. Convenient access to a variety of food options within walking distance. - Comfortable beds, central heating, an individual safe, and a cable TV with on-demand movies. - Delicious meals served with fantastic drinks.

We got great value for our money with a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room upon arrival and a spacious, beautiful room with high ceilings and big windows that let in lots of light. The location was easily accessible from the interstate and the staff treated us like guests in their own home.

Breakfast items could have been improved with more options and variations.

The staff was exceptional, the food at the restaurant was excellent and the valet service was excellent as well. The rooms were well appointed with up to date furniture and when I asked for feather pillows for the bed, I received them. They also upgraded our room to one that was a little bigger with no additional cost.

Atmosphere, historical preservation, quality of accomodations

A/C blew vigorously onto bed. Needed covers. Then it stops and in 5 minutes the room is stuffy...don't need covers. This cool/hot thing cycled all night long, frequently interrupting sleep.

Helpful and friendly employees. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great location - close to attractions, restaurants, and bars in The Gulch and Broadway.
